teaching experience, age, and category in service. Total number of respondents is 266, of which 133 are teachers and the other 133 are students of Form 4. Descriptive statistic and inferential statistic are used to analyse the data. Descriptive statistics like mean, frequency and standard deviation are utilised to describe the composition of the respondents and the demographic distribution of the teachers and the students.
