This paper empirically investigates the current companies’ performance in Malaysia and Jordan in relation to CSR activities, and analyses Malaysian and Jordanian companies that practice and realize Corporate Social Responsibility reports. This study suggests Malaysia to apply share value theory to strengthen CSR practice since they have mission 2020 to be economically developed. From the digest from Malaysian CSR practice Jordan should also practice share value theory in their CSR performance.
