This project is intended to develop system architecture for web based room management system. The system main function is to manage and monitor the rooms' usage in the organization. Furthermore, the system, as a database system, will keep all the information regarding the rooms and the system's users. The users can search for rooms that are currently available and make on-line reservation for them. The system's architecture was developed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as its modeling technique while the system's prototype was developed using free software MySQL and PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). Finally, the system's architecture could be used as a reference model for other system developers who wish to develop similar system.
