Summary:The purpose of this study was to identify the listed matters: i) What are teachers perception towards in-house training implementation ? ii) Does schools have any planning in implementing in- house training ? iii) What are the teachers opinion towards knowledge gained from in-house training? iv) What are the factors which interrupt in implementing in-house training in schools in Baling and Sik District ? 40 % from 917 respondents which comprises from ordinary and administrative teachers have been selected from all schools (17 schools) Baling and Sik District. 281 teachers or 77.2 % have returned complete questionnaires. The data obtained from have been analysed using Pearson Correlation Test to see the relationship among independent variables which are the outcomes and perception. T Test and ANOVA are used to test what are the demographic factors which have difference towards dependent variables. Descriptive analysis also been used to analyse data obtained. The outcomes of the study are as follows : i) Planning outcomes and perception have significant relationship. ii) Teachers have positive perception towards in-house training. iii) School does have proper planning in conducting in- house training. iv) Teachers does admit that in-house training improve their knowledge and performance. v) Place and time are the factors which interrupt in- house training implementation in schools in Baling Sik District. vi) Facilitators seldom use educational materials or aids in conducting in-house training.
