Seven respondents from a school in rural participated of Sarawak. Data was collected by interviews a respondent until its saturated (Robson, 2002). The data were analysed by using transcriptions, reduction, coding and report process (Miles and Huberman, 1994). Results show that democratics leadership style was the most approriate style to apply in school. Democratic leadership includes positive personality, motivate teachers and highly skilled to carry out. The democratics leadership style brings about efficiency in management and positive cultures.
