Questionnaire were distributed 500 to respondent consist stafloflcers. By using regression test, the findings only Jive factors contribute signzjicantly in forecasting commitment of ofleer, organization chat, education and practice, communication, motivation, and job satisfaction gives contribution significan toward model. Organization culture, quality of management, leadership style, and team work not show any significan relationship with job commitment. It means the organizational structure factors, education and training, communication, motivation and job satisfaction is an important factor to improve employee commitment, at the same time the national education department leaders need to give serious attention to the organizational culture, quality of management, leadership style, team work although not show any signzjican relationship with job commitment.
