Summary: | The purpose of this study was to review the implementation of “Operasi CERDIK Ill” (OC3) in upgrading secondary school management quality under the jurisdiction of the Kulim/Bandar Baharu District Education Office. Eighty five
administrators from 19 secondary schools were involved in this study. Questionnaires method was used to obtained data based on evaluation items for the five aspects of school management in OC3. Quantitative analysis method was used to analyses the questionnaires. The dependent variable
is school management whereas school grade, administrator post and administrator experience are independent variables. Pearson’s Correlation Test was carried out to test the relationship whereas T-test and One Way ANOVA were used to test the difference between variables. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the implementation of OC3 with secondary school management quality; but there was a significant relationship with the secondary school curriculum
management. The study also revealed that there is no
significant difference between school grade and school administrator post with secondary school quality which implement OC3. There is a significant administrator experience and secondary school management quality.
