Summary:Operation Support Centre (OSC) was specifically developed for the OSC staff usage. It was developed in order to overcome problems from manual usage as well as existed system available, where up to date and latest information technology was not provided to fullfill user's requirement. This is one way towards information technology usage and to accomplish profesional working style among OSC personnel. "Evolution Prototype" methodology was used throughout the system development and it was developed using Microsoft Frontpage 2003 software with Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the programming language. This system provide services such as customer information, troubleshooting problems (customer's Ping and Traceroute), access through router, check and generate report in addition. The management will be able to know how far the effectiveness of working process through the system report easily.
