Electronic leave management improves the efficiency of leaves management, but in the application process, computer is needed, which is not so convenient for the employees. Mobile-leave management is an easier and more efficient way to manage the employees' leaves, because it can be accessed easily, operated at anytime anywhere. Hence, the study proposed an M-leave system using the Oil and Gas Company as a case study. The general research methodology is adopted in this research. It is expected that the employees can use their mobile phones to manage their leaves from the application to the balance view via this system.
