The primary aim of this research is to ascertain the determinants that influence the Psychological well-being of individuals employed in ANGKASA, with a specific focus on nonexecutive Staff members. This study employed four variables, namely flexible working hours, Supervisor support, financial distress, and work-family conflict, to accomplish its purpose. This Research centres on the ANGKASA organization located at the headquarters at Petaling Jaya. The Participants in this study held non-executive positions, specifically N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, T3, and T4, across multiple departments within ANGKASA. In addition, the researcher employed Quantitative methodologies and Pearson correlation to examine the hypothesis regarding the Association between variables in the research methodology section. The data were obtained Through the utilization of questionnaire methodologies. A total of 210 questionnaires were Distributed to the participants, with 209 respondents, accounting for 99.5 percent of the total, Returning them. The findings of the study suggest that there is a substantial relationship between All variables examined and psychological well-being. The findings of the study suggest that there Is a need to improve the psychological well-being of employees at ANGKASA. It is imperative For management to provide significant emphasis on various aspects, including but not limited to Flexible working hours, supervisor support, financial distress, and work-family conflict.
