Challenges and strategy resilience in warehouse during post pandemic: case of Raub Pahang

The primary objective of this research was to evaluate the difficulties that were encountered in the warehousing sector in Raub, Pahang, during the period following the pandemic. Furthermore, the study investigates the solutions that were put into place in order to effectively manage these problems. The contradiction that was discovered in earlier studies concerning the difficulties that are encountered in the warehousing industry served as the impetus for this particular set of research. The specific difficulties that are the subject of this study are as follows: production closure, labour shortage, demand uncertainty, supply inconsistency, delivery delays, and a lean supply chain. Due to the fact that a qualitative approach was utilised, the survey questions were formulated by means of a comprehensive assessment of the relevant literature. Specifically, in Raub, the poll was directed towards persons who had 20 years or more of experience working in the warehouse industry. According to the findings, the two most concerning issues that are taking place in warehouses in Raub are the irregularity of the supply and the delays in delivery. In order to solve these difficulties, a number of different techniques have been implemented. These tactics include the utilisation of buffer systems, investments in technology such as real-time tracking systems, and upgrades in infrastructure. Theoretically, practically, and methodologically, these findings constitute a contribution, and they have substantial consequences for academicians, policymakers, and the warehousing industry in particular.
