Therefore, this study is conducted with the intention to capture factors that might influence safety compliance behavior among aviation employees, specifically in this study the Royal Malaysia Police Airwing (RMPAW) employees. The study examines the direct relationship between management commitment, safety training, safety communication and feedback, employee involvement, safety rules and procedures, and safety promotion policies on safety compliance behavior. A total of 225 questionnaire were distributed online. Response rate was 100%. In this study, hypotheses for direct effect were tested using multiple regression analyses. Results showed that management commitment and safety rules and procedures were significantly positively related to safety compliance behavior. The findings indicate that in order to encourage safety compliance behavior, commintment from management is needed as they are at the position who have power to give orders and make safety decisions.
