Summary:There has been a surge in teleworking policies by organizations. This policy is becoming more popular after COVID-19 due to the adaption of work-from-home policies during restricted movement orders. There are many advantages associated with the flexible working arrangement practice. However, the concern about employee productivity in the flexible working arrangement is often being questioned. Therefore, the study's objectives are to examine the influence of information technology (IT) infrastructure, IT training, management support, and attitude toward teleworking on employees’ perceived teleworking productivity. This quantitative study used selfadministered questionnaires for data collection. The research population is 152 employees in the IT industry in Malaysia. The data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software version 27. In the findings, not all independent variables predict teleworking productivity significantly. The management support and attitude toward teleworking significantly influence the perceived teleworking productivity. However, the IT infrastructure and IT training do not significantly influence perceived teleworking productivity. This study contributed new insights to our present understanding of the significant factors related to perceived teleworking productivity. With the help of these contributions, managers can focus on the factors that significantly influence the perceived teleworking productivity of employees. Future research can focus on other potential factors, such as the level of skills, knowledge, and experience, which potentially influence the perceived teleworking productivity.
