الملخص:The aim of the study is to examine different leadership styles on the effectiveness of crisis management in the business sector in the United Arab Emirates, by defining the relationship between transformational leadership and crisis management and determining the relationship between transactional leadership and crisis management. In addition, determining the relationship between charismatic leadership and crisis management, as well as examining the mediating role of charismatic leadership communication, in light of the mediating role of charismatic leadership communication. The study assumes that crisis management in the business sector and the communication role of charismatic leadership could be measured in numbers and a prediction can be obtained from the analysis. Therefore, the study adopts philosophy of positivism, deduction approach, quantitative methodology, empirical study that has been initiated and cross-sectional data has been used with original data. The target study population is the managers of the employees of small and medium-sized companies (business enterprises) registered, listed and participating in foreign operations such as franchising or exporting in the United Arab Emirates. The actual sample size is 304 employees and the distributed survey is 370, which is distributed using face-to-face data collection methods in a convenient sampling technique. In general, the direct relationships between the three predictors of the effectiveness of crisis management in the business sector are important, overall, the model was successful because it could predict 94.6% of the effectiveness of crisis management in the business sector. The precedence of the relationships based on the value of the path coefficient for the model relationships is transformational leadership (0.452), transactional leadership (0.291), and charismatic leadership (0.521). While the precedence of the relationships based on the value of the path coefficient for the relations of continuity of quantitative leadership mediated by the model showed two important positive interactions; first, transformational leadership and crisis management effectiveness (0.082), and second, transactional leadership and crisis management effectiveness (0.151). The effectiveness of crisis management in the business sector does not have much change based on the mediating role of charismatic leadership communication.
