Summary:The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship of work motivation and organizational climate with organizational commitment. A total of 130 respondents were randomly selected among employees at Proton Parts Centre Sdn Bhd, Glenmarie Shah Alam. Proton Parts Centre as a subsidiary Company of PROTON that is directly involved in supplying and distributing PROTON spare parts to all branches throughout Malaysia. The data were collected and analyzed by using the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) computer program. Correlation and Regression analysis is used to estimate the relationship between variables. The results indicate that work motivation factors and organizational climate have significant relationship with organizational commitment among employees. Organizational commitment is obviously an important element to the employees in the organization.
