An online questionnaire consists of The Brief Resilience Scale, Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) and Psychological Well-Being Scale were distributed to the respondents to measure their level of resilience, mindfulness, and psychological well-being. Descriptive analysis of mean score was used to measure the level of resilience, mindfulness, and psychological well-being among the secondary school teachers. Meanwhile, inference analysis of Pearson Correlation and Multiple Linear regression analysis were used to find the correlation and significant relationship between the variables. It was found that the resilience (M=3.18), mindfulness (M=3.30) and psychological well-being (M=3.67) of the secondary school teachers are at moderate level. Then, the study found positive significant relationship between the level of resilience and psychological well-being (r=0.426, p<0.005), as well as positive significant relationship between the level of mindfulness and psychological well-being (r=0.572, p<0.005).
