Summary:Thousands of university graduates in Malaysia intend to work rather than create their own enterprises. Thus, the purpose of this project paper is to acquire a better knowledge of how entrepreneurship education, personality attributes can influence the entrepreneurship mindset of students. The quantitative approach used in this study was subjected to a survey model, which was the basis for the findings. A total of 400 survey questionnaires were distributed to undergraduate Malaysian students at University Utara Malaysia. Out of the entire number of responses received, only 376 were considered to be complete, which were subsequently analysed for Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Following that, the result was incorporated into the data analysis and discussed. The findings indicated that entrepreneurship education and personality traits are critical in determining students' entrepreneurial mindset. Finally, the researcher's investigation was concluded with a discussion of the study's findings and limitations. Additionally, this paper gave recommendations for future research
