Description
Summary:There are various Knowledge Management Systems available currently and designed to support knowledge sharing and learning. This study explores a certain success factors in CMS and how CMS can be a KMS for knowledge transfer and sharing in community college environment. Based on the data from a sample of community college CMS called Amalan Pengurusan Ilmu di Kolej Komuniti;, our analysis indicates that CMS success (in terms of the qualitative analysis) is related to the local community support of knowledge sharing and learning. The researchers found that visual wiki (CMS) is possible to be created and used as simple or first step towards KMS for the community college environment.
