Conventional localized single carrier frequency division multiple access (LFDMA) is also implemented to support all the functionalities provided in release 8 LTE. Extensive computer simulations have been performed to analyze the PAPR of precoding based MC/SC uplink system. The computer simulations show that the PAPR of GCL precoded MC signals approaches in the order of SC signals.
