The location sensing algorithm used for the system is the Nearest Neighbor (NN) algorithm. The basic idea is to build a database of signal strength values for various predetermined locations. Using the NN algorithm, this database is used to determine a particular location for a given set of signal strength. The performance of the system is measured in terms of average error distance and accuracy.
