Many undergraduates are familiar with the knowledge and skills needed for effective communication in an academic environment. But what about the communication skills required in a non-academic environment, such as during their internship or future employment? Introducing Professional Communication Skills for Undergraduates is a textbook that addresses these interpersonal communication challenges faced by undergraduates in preparing for future employment.
