Summary:The study aims to assess contemporary civilized methods of managing diversity in human resources in government organizations in the United Arab Emirates, in addition to highlight contemporary civilized methods of managing the diversity and the level of organizational culture in government organizations in the United Arab Emirates as well as analyse the correlational relationship between them. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the researcher also relied on the historical method because of its prominent role in determining the dimensions of the historical and management development of the concept of diversity of human resources management and in monitoring its variables. In addition to that, the researcher used deductive constructive approach that serves Islamic studies as an accurate approach that helps In extracting information. The study reached a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are: the modernized conditions imposed by globalization and the technological revolution are among the most important aspects that have direct impacts on changing job environment, especially at the level of the human element. The study recommended the necessity for governmental and non-governmental organizations in The UAE to continue developing and applying their own strategies towards equality and justice among workers in a way that enables them to gain the confidence of their employees. This has a successful role in managing the human element.
