Web-based Robo-PEM for introducing fuel cell implementation

One of renewable energy system is a Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC), which is electrochemical device with high-efficiency energy sources and suitable for friendly environmental matter. Developing PEMFC is quite expensive, but this device has some advantages, such as a simple structure, lo...

Developing PEMFC is quite expensive, but this device has some advantages, such as a simple structure, low temperature, zero emissions, which is suitable to be studied for students. In order to cope with that problem, a web-based concept can be used to introduce the PEMFC for students. This paper studied about developing a web-based Robo-PEM to introduce PEMFC and attract students to learn PEMFC implementation furthermore. The student learns PEMFC using a multi-platform interactive media application. This website could be suitable for school with students and teachers since the website consist of course and evaluation integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic (STEM) model. The developing process is tested with a black box method to measure the performance of the function system. The result shows that this system can work well. 2020 Conference or Workshop Item PeerReviewed Sendari, Siti and Jiono, Mahfud and Jasmine, Julianna and Puspitasari, Poppy and Suryanto, Heru and Diantoro, Markus and Nur, Hadi (2020) Web-based Robo-PEM for introducing fuel cell implementation.
