The Northern region witnessed two incompatible and unharmonious developments which is war. The total failure for both the military and civilian governments that ruled the country from the inception of independence till date to effectively manage the public resources for the social and psychological wellbeing of its citizen contributed greatly to the outbreak of socio-economic problem, political and social instability setback. from the inception of the crisis up to this period it was reported that the insurgents carried out deadly attacks on schools across the Northern Nigeria. This development serves as one of the major reason that justified the perverted view of why the militant attacks school in northern Nigeria. The attacks carryout by the insurgents brought about the emergence of various forms of difficulties in Nigeria especially in the Northeastern part of the country. This articles highlighted the difficulties faced by the people in their daily life especially the parents who are managing the family in terms of educating the children. It was found that three most critical elements of the difficulties highlighted by the parents were family difficulties, social difficulties and facilities difficulties. Each of the difficulties entails it unique effect to their everyday life.
