Multimodal biometric system aims to improve the recognition accuracy by minimizing the limitation of the unimodal. This paper focuses on the Palmprint Multimodal system; palmprint biometrics is considered as one of the most popular biometric technologies to authenticate the identity of a human. The aim of this paper is to introduce a comprehensive investigation of a multimodal palmprint that focuses on feature level fusion. Based on the review of the multimodal palmprint system, some suggestions have been made that can be considered for future research to improve palmprint multimodal.
