The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the STEM competition has influenced mentors to consider career in science and technology. This study used questionnaire called YISTEM A. YISTEM A consists of 30 items and 3 constructs were distributed to respondents by using purposive sampling, which assess mentor competency, career and interest.
