Description
Summary:In many countries, the consumption of blended biodiesel fuel is such a common scenario. Recently, Malaysia began to implement the usage of 7 percent of blended biodiesel fuel (B7) in many service stations. However, along with this fuel availability and consumption, concern of consumers regarding to the use of the blended biodiesel fuel in term of compatibility with the automotive components of the fuel system in diesel engine vehicles especially the non-metal materials had risen up. This paper present information regarding to the blended biodiesel fuel and review some of the issues that exist on the non-metal materials in automotive components of diesel engine vehicles.
