Summary:This research was carried out to study the student assessment towards of residential college management role to increase development learning process in residential college. This study involved 554 representative students of five residential colleges at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. There were four aspects of student assessment on the development of learning process in residential college which was responsibilities of the residential college administrator, role of principal and felo to encouragement student activity, convenience of study management and the lastly was the student welfare. Finding from pilot study showed that the reliability coefficient of alpha was at 0.837. Sample for this study was limited to students who are staying in five residential college would was random stratified. The instrument used in this descriptive study was a set of questionnaires. Selected main consist of two categories, background of respondent and the research constructs. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS software (Statistical Package for Social Science, Version 13.0). Data were analyzed using mode and percentage manner and being categorized into three categories of achievement levels. The result of this research showed that respondent giving their medium responds for the role of residential college administrator to increase their student development of learning process. Lastly, it was suggested residential college management should proactively the involved in identify convenience student learning process during in the university.
