This study attempts to identify the factors that affect the physical and environmental satisfaction of low-cost housing schemes, and measures the relationship between the physical environment and the factors that contributes to social problems. The instrument used was questionnaire as to obtain feedback from respondents. Descriptive analysis and Chi-Square test were performed to analyze the data.
