Summary:This study is an attempt to investigate the initiatives and support provided by the school leadership to enhance knowledge sharing activities using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) among teachers in schools. Data were collected through interviews with 12 school teachers in primary schools involved actively in computer and ICT application. Teachers who participated in the study have teaching experiences of more than 10 years. According to the findings, the school headteachers were the important catalyst for the implementation of knowledge sharing using ICT with positive initiatives such as providing adequate ICT facilities to disseminate knowledge internally and externally.
