Experiments were constructed using high pressure homogenizer by applying certain homogenizing pressure and cycle. The independent variables were homogenization pressure (0–2000 bar) and cycle (1-9) and the analysed responses were particles size and polydispersity index. The increase in the homogenization pressure up to 1300 bar and six cycle decreased the emulsion droplet size.
