The reliability value of the instruments used are α = 0.834. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) version 19.0 for frequency, percentage and mean data. Results showed that clients have knowledge of halal hotel and there are several issues in implementing management systems halal hotel.
