Description
Summary:The spread of anti-Hadith thoughts in Malaysia until nowadays is worrisome. It has spread in many sectors in our country. Educational sector is one of the sectors that has been affected by this movement. Muslims should realize that these thoughts will eventually create chaos to Muslim community and finally destroy the religion itself. The anti-Hadith groups have successfully trained cadres among Muslim scholars in an effort to realize their dreams. In order to maintain the purity of Islam, this worrisome and unsettling problem must be overcome. It is necessary to abolish the thoughts of anti-Hadith. Therefore, this study aims to identify the solutions for this problem and propose these measures to various parties who are responsible for this matter. This study also seeks to identify the problems in dealing with anti-Hadith movements. Methods such as library research and interviews have been used throughout this study to solve the problem. Researchers have found various measures to overcome the problem created by anti-Hadith groups which have been implemented by the authorities and societies themselves. However, various challenges have been encountered as anti-Hadith groups were supported by specific intellectual and influential parties. Apart from that, their secret movements and limited punishment that could be implemented also contributed to the failure of eradication of these groups. In this regard, cooperation from all parties is essential so that we can continue to strengthen the purity of Islam.
