It supplies voltage and current to produce spark erosion. Power supply and pulse generator are two important parts in EDM power generator. By choosing the proper power supply and pulse generator to the application, a great result for Material Removal Rate (MRR) can be achieved. Efficiency of EDM power generator depends on the configurations of power supply used.
