International students and their level of adjustment is an important thing that should be studied because it is one of the factors to drive the local universities towards World Class University. A study was conducted to the postgraduate international students at UTM pertaining their level of adjustment, acculturative stress and coping skills in order to adapt themselves here, also the relationship between the adjustment and acculturative stress and coping skills applied. A total of 189 respondents were selected for the study. The analysis method chosen are mean scores, frequencies, percentage and correlation. The instruments used in this research are SACQ, ASSIS and The Brief Cope Scale. The result of this research stated that they have a moderate level of adjustment, acculturative stress and coping skills in UTM. This research also revealed that there is a positive correlation and significant relationship between both adjustment and acculturative stress and coping skills. Some suggestions are proposed for the future researcher and the organization for example to intensify the related programs and enhance the existing module to improve their adjustment in UTM. Therefore, this study is expected to help enrich the existing studies as well as to enhance the development of education sector in our country.
