Hydroxyl group studies by FTIR and catalytic activity of dealuminated ZSM-5 zeolite for ethylene conversion

The hydroxyl groups of ZSM-5 and dealuminated ZSM-5 zeolites can be determine by FT-IR spectroscopy technique. All zeolites are having three types of hydroxyl group, i.e. terminal silanol and site defect (3744 cm(-1)), non-framework aluminium (3699 cm(-1)), and framework aluminium (3609 cm(-1)). Int...
