Summary:This survey research was carried out to identify the level integrity among the teachers who implement Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (PBS) based on Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR). This Study was conducted due to five issues .The first issue was identifying the level of the teachers integrity in Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC). The second issues was the problem they are facing implementing Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (PBS). The third issue was identifying the level of integrity based on the type of schools and the last issue to be resolved was how to increase the level of the teachers integrity in PBS. Four schools from Northern zone of Kulaijaya district had been chosen as sampling schools for this purpose. Around 60 teachers were involved in this survey. The findings were taken from the questionnaire built by the researcher. Statiscal Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 17.0 was used to analyse the data. The survey showed that the level of integrity among the teachers who implement PBS based on KSSR was high with SK schools showing 4.17 mean and SJKC schools showing 4.20 mean. The survey also show the problems faced by teachers in the assessment of KSSR is a t mean 4.16 for SK and 4.19 for SJKC, and SJKC recorded a slightly higher mean value than SK. T-test did not much show much difference on the integrity level of SK and SJKC Schools. Lastly, the researchers raised a few proposals for the teachers, school management, policy builder and researchers in the near future to strengthen the implementation of KSSR.
