Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Teacher’s Development Process with Teacher’s Desire to Change in secondary schools in Kota Tinggi district. The study is involved a sample of 295 teachers from 20 secondary schools in the district of Kota Tinggi. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Interviews in qualitative way were conducted on three teachers and all the opinions of the interviewers were in the record and recorded by researchers through the recorder. All data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. The analysis of the data found that the relationship between Teacher’s Development Process with Teacher’s Desire to Change is strong based on the value of Pearson correlation ( 0.68) while the process of teacher’s development is at a high level (mean 3.80) with the construct of Teacher’s Development Process occupy the most frequently practiced by teachers in the study with a mean of 4:28. For the teacher’s desire to change was measured at a high level (mean 3.83). In addition, the process of teacher’s development has also been identified together with a study of teachers’ desire to change.
