Summary:The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of teachers and the practice of Transformational Leadership among teachers and principals of schools in Zone Lok Heng Kota Tinggi. The study looked at issues of leadership school teachers and principals who have not attained the true standard transformational leadership, especially from the selection method or style of leadership. Modem times and technology are not spared from the word transformation, as well as leadership. Transformational Leadership coexist with technological developments. Therefore, every leader should be concerned about kepimpinanannya patterns in order to achieve the desired goals. The objective of this study focused on teacher leadership level and the level of school teachers and principals. Additionally it also explore the difference in the knowledge of transformational leadership and principals by gender and school categories, and to identify whether there is a significant relationship between teachers' knowledge of the practice of transformational leadership among teachers and principals of schools in Zone Lok Heng . This study involved 87 teachers as respondents in two primary schools and a secondary school in Zone Lok Heng Kota Tinggi District. Data were collected through questionnaires. All quantitative data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 16.0. Data analysis found that, in general, principals and headmasters practice transformational leadership. Mean findings of the study was 4.32 which is at a high level, p = 0.0994 (p> 0.05), this means that there is no difference between the level of teacher knowledge and the practice of transformational leadership among teachers and principals in the Lok Heng Zone. In addition, the proposal that the principal and teachers are always learning, always sensitive to the way the latest services in line with technological developments.
