The data collection method that has been utilized is the filling of questionnaire by students from three schools in the district of Skudai. Ten respondents participated in written test that included writing test, reading test and speaking test. Data that has been gathered analysed based on quantitative method that is mean and standard deviation whereas qualitative method involves the analysis on the data of frequency. The findings of the research is evident of the average level of proficiency acquired in the Malay language in the aspect of language, vocabularies, elaboration and intonation as found in students performance in various aspects of writing, reading and speaking.
