Penerokaan dan penemuan baru melalui penyelidikan juga perlu digiatkan untuk menghasilkan inovasi menurut acuan Islam yang boleh disesuaikan dengan konteks dan keperluan pendidikan Islam. Komitmen dan iltizam semua pihak amat diperlukan bagi merealisasikan agenda ini. (English Translation: This paper discusses the important agenda of strengthening the role of Islamic education and Islamic education teachers in teaching and learning in Islamic Education. Challenges of the new era demands a continuous effort to enhance the appreciation and practice of Islam among students. Exploration and new discoveries through research should also be activated to produce the mold according to Islamic innovation that can be adapted to the context and needs of Islamic Education.
