This research was conducted in order to identify the relationship between transformational leadership of District Education Officer tension teachers work in Batu Pahat. In particular, this research is designed to answer six key research objective of identifying great teachers perceptions of four dimensions of transformational leadership of District Education Officer, identify teachers' perception of the four factors of work stress, identify job strain experienced by teachers, identify whether there is a significant relationship between the four dimensions of transformational leadership with the four factors of work stress among teachers and to identify the differences between demographic factors with job strain teachers and to determine significant predictors of job strain teachers. Respondents of this research consists of 144 headmasters in Batu Pahat.
