| Summary: | This special issue of the International Journal of Adhesion and Adhesives (IJAA) contains selected papers presented at the 1st International Conference on Structural Adhesive Bonding (AB 2011). AB 2011 was chaired by the three of us and was held in Porto, Portugal during July 7–8, 2011. The goal of the conference was to provide a unique opportunity to exchange information, present the latest results as well as to discuss issues relevant to structural adhesive bonding research today. Approximately 100 papers were presented by researchers from more than 20 countries. |
