Summary:This study aimed to identify the knowledge and implementation of discipline teachers in student‟s discipline management in secondary schools in Kulaijaya district. This research had explained about the level of knowledge and the level of implementation in discipline teachers based on the elements in Model of Students Discipline Management of Malaysia Educational Ministry (1988). The samples for the study were choose among teachers from 12 secondary schools in Kulaijaya district whom are the discipline teachers. The purpose for selecting these samples is to know what is the level of knowledge and the level of implementation of students discipline management among discipline teachers based on the elements in Model in Students Discipline Management of Malaysia Educational Ministry (1988). The data were collected used questionnaire as a research instrument. The responses to the questionnaire was measured with Likert Scale and analyzed used Statistical Packages for the Social Science (SPSS Versi) 20.0 to get mean and standard deviation. The study shows that the level of knowledge and the level of implementation in students discipline management among the discipline teachers are high. The study also shows that there is no differences between the level of knowledge with the factor gender and the period of services as a discipline teacher and there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of implementation in students discipline management. The implication of the study requires that the discipline teachers should increase the level of knowledge and the level of implementation on element against the rules and the right punishment according to the principles in Model of StudentsDiscipline Management of Malaysia Educational Ministry (1988).
