Furthermore, all the department heads really needs the management skills course to upgrade the management capability. Finally, several suggestions have been implicated to upgrade the level of management skills that acquired by the Department heads. The suggestion is Department heads should make use the interpersonal skills while give direction the subject leaders; communicate efficiently to the subject leaders therefore they don’t felt burden; attend in house training at school level or short course handled by the education department to achieve the management skills; and management skills should be one of the criteria before elected as the department head subject.
