Summary:Descriptive study using this correlation to identify the leadership practices of teacher ethics and job satisfaction of primary school teachers in the district of Segamat. The study also aims to examine the relationship between ethical leadership practices and teacher job satisfaction of primary school. The respondents were 346 teachers from ten primary schools Grade A and Grade B in the district of Segamat. Questionnaire which was circulated contains three parts, A, B and C which aims to get the background of the respondents, the practice of ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Pilot study results showed high reliability of the items for the practice of ethical leadership with the alpha value cronbanch's 0946 and 0836 job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 for the mean, standard deviation, percentages, and Pearson correlation. The findings have shown that the area of an element of ethical leadership is practiced by teachers, followed by the presence and purity. However the overall level of ethical leadership recorded at moderately high. While that co-workers and wages showed a high level of job satisfaction compared to the safety, working environment, supervision and policy and regulation. Overall, the results showed a high level of job satisfaction. The formula results showed that the practice of ethical leadership and job satisfaction is at high level. The findings not only show that there is a significant relationship between ethical leadership practices of teacher job satisfaction, but there is also a significant relationship between the three elements of leadership responsibility, authenticity and presence of job satisfaction among primary school teachers in district of Segamat. Finally, some suggestions for further research are presented for future research.
