It is suggested that educational encouragement can be one of the most important motivator to enhance academic achievement of adolescents. Encouragers always focus on endeavor rather than perfect results. The present study has implications for teachers and counselors and the framework used for this study suggests the intervention focused on the adolescents’ achievement.
