The major findings show that there is high number of research that focused on element of technology particularly software. It is also identified that there are only a few research focused on element of people that provide migration frameworks to support organizations preparing to migrate from legacy system. Important issues highlighted in EDI migration are system integration, security and cost. None of literature found that propose migration framework from EDI to XML.
