Description
Summary:Traditional Intrusion Detection System (IDSs) work in isolation from access control for the application the systems aim to protect. The lack of coordination an interoperation between these components prevents detecting sophisticated attacks and responding to on going attacks in real time, before they cause damage. Applying intrusion detection to the fast going computational grid environments improves the security, which is considered of new field. This paper reviews two-group researches that integrate between Grid computing and intrusion detection system. We further observe how these techniques work and identify the possibilities to improve it.
