The lowest Online Learning Technology educational needs of Malaysia technical and vocational education teacher was found to be compose a new e-mail. Effective use of distance learning desktop video conferencing, and tele-teaching technologies distance learning desktop video conferencing, and tele-teaching technologies were on the top of the list of educational needs among the items of OLT. The educational needs increased when the OLT skills were more complicated.
